Fairlife Protein Shake Review

It’s possible that you’ve noticed the fairlife protein shakes appearing at local shops and convenience stores.

But are they genuinely healthy, or are they just another form of deceptively packaged junk food that has been given a green makeover?

Coca-Cola is the owner of the dairy company Fairlife milk, which is ready to drink. In actuality, the brand is spelled Fairlife.

To leave more protein and calcium in the finished product, they utilize a process called “ultra filtration” to remove lactose and a large portion of the sugar that is normally present in milk. Although they are well-known for their regular milk brands, they have introduced a line of incredibly well-liked protein shakes that are made using milk.

Fairlife Protein Shakes

In 2021, Fairlife introduced its range of protein shakes, now offering two distinct flavors for retail purchase. Two different protein shakes: 26g and 42g. We’ll dissect them independently.

Fairlife Core Power Protein Shake

The first is a typical 26-gram protein smoothie. This is difficult to overlook because it has a large 2–6 on the front along with the “Core Power” brand name.

Fairlife Protein Shake Flavors – 26g

Core Power Vanilla

I think Vanilla is the obvious winner. It goes down easily and is flavorful and excellent. It’s smooth and doesn’t clump or cause any problems, in contrast to protein smoothies that you would have to mix by hand. Simply put, it tastes fantastic, and unlike other flavors, vanilla never actually causes taste bud fatigue.

Core Power Chocolate

This will appeal to chocolate lovers. On the other hand, I think chocolate flavors are generally “okay,” particularly in protein drinks. Since the vanilla is so delicious, I typically stick to it, but on the third or fourth occasion, when I need to change things up, I’ll have a chocolate.

Core Power Strawberry Banana

While this flavor is fairly decent, it has all the usual problems with milk flavor associated with strawberry. It tastes a little too artificial. Though it’s undoubtedly our third pick, the macros are still excellent, so if you need a change of pace from the typical vanilla or chocolate repertoire, go for it.

Core Power Banana

This has never really been observed in the wild. Although it is now available on their website, we haven’t seen it on a physical shelf, so it may be the greatest or worst-selling item.

Core Power 26g Nutrition

In a 14fl oz container, a fairlife protein shake will net you:

  • 170 calories
  • 4.5g fat
  • 6g carbohydrates
  • 5g total sugars
  • 26g grams of protein
  • 640mg of calcium

You can see the entire nutrition panel below for the “vanilla” flavor, but the metrics are similar for all the flavors.
